This notice explains how Feet On The Street Co handles personal data collected through this website. Company registration details and the data protection contact will be confirmed by FOTS before launch.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, work email, company or brand, role, the growth stage and objectives you select, any optional budget, timing and message, plus technical information about how you reached the site (landing page, referrer and any campaign parameters).
If you join our newsletter, we collect your email address, consent, signup source and the same referral information. Newsletter subscriptions are stored separately from sales enquiries.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to understand which marketing activity brings relevant enquiries, and to keep a record of business contact. We rely on your consent for marketing contact and on legitimate interests for responding to a business enquiry.
We use newsletter details to send FOTS news and insights. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to manage the commercial relationship, then deleted. The exact retention period will be confirmed by FOTS.
Your rights
