During us PPAP Specialist I developed new ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings, some specific documents.

During the time I am responsible to manage the daily activities for 5 employees by supporting them in reaching the approvals, also I perform coatching for all new employes in PPAP staff.

Communicating with customers to identify requirements for PPAP submission (according to AIAG or VDA standard),
communication of samples and documentation, and for requesting results after submission;
Set up meetings with the multidisciplinary team in order to define the responsibilities and terms of actions to prepare the PPAP
samples and the set of documentation according to the customers request (Daimler, Ford, Porsche) – continuously
Monitoring the PPAP statutes for all projects – daily;
Training of PPAP coordinators according to the VDA 2 standard and the functionality of the PPAP Submission System according
to the VOLKSWAGEN requirements (BEON system) ;
Performing annual re-qualification for PPAPs according to customer requirements or defined according to the internal procedure.
Menatain and monitoring to get approvals from customer side for all submissions;
Monitoring the implementation of defined actions for PPAP submission to the customer according to timing;
Maintain Engineering change documentation and matrix;
Selecting PPAP samples and assure that delivery on customer side;
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing AIAG standard publications, customer quality manuals, and
additional customer specific requirements.
Submits IMDS as required.

Continuous suport for Lear sister Plants: Lear Iasi, Lear Tetovo;
Managing conference call with customer in terms of PPAP submission status and targets;
Contact customer upon approval or rejection of any PSW and coordinate resubmission;
Performs all other function requested by Quality Manager;
Daily I manage the activity of 5 PPAP coordinators, by establishing targets and by continuously providing necessary training;
Interaction with company multi-disciplinary entities, customers and suppliers.
