·         During this role, I was required to undertake and fulfil general administrative tasks. As a supporting member to the wider administrative team I had to manage and transfer calls across various boards, departments and staff members, answer general enquiries from visitors and members, manage room hire details and schedules, set up meeting/ seminar spaces, update schedules/ dairies, photocopy documents, compose and send emails, liase with staff, tenants and board members, monitor and order office supplies/equipment, manage packages and mail, support and carry out direct sales activities.

Admin Assistant for Relief Charity (2018-2019)

·         This position required me to complete basic clerical and admin duties such as printing forms, photocopying, updating software, handling data, updating excel documents, contacting and making calls to partner agencies as well as potential fundraisers, filling out data, arranging fundraising schedules, completing and sending emails to fundraising partners.

Maths and English Tutor, The Learning Hub (2019)

·         This position required me to carry out two-hour tuition sessions with a group of students who needed help on the English subject as well as basic level maths. I had to help administer worksheets/ workbooks and supervise as well as aid individual children while they completed their individual tasks. I was also required to mark worksheets/ workbooks, administer tests and set homework for students.

·         I gained a two- week work experience as a teaching assistant in a primary school. My role was focused upon assisting class tutors and activity leaders in administering scheduled activities to young children of all abilities and requirements. I helped in the supervision of young children who were involved in leisure activities as well as scheduled class activities. I also had to communicate with class tutors and parents in order to aid and resolve many queries. This role taught me to greatly improve and develop my communication and problem-solving skills in a diverse, creative manner.
